What We Do
Our Preparation Methods
Since 2020, we have perfected our preparation methods to create a clean, long-lasting paint job.
All exterior surfaces are pressure washed and mildew stains removed. Debris and flaking paint removed, we use machine sanders to tidy up areas of concern, we will repair or replace surfaces that require extra attention, trim, fascia boards, etc. Holes and cracks are filled Minor carpentry repairs made, seams and around windows caulked to seal against leaks, Bushes and shrubbery are trimmed back from the house. Areas are masked with paper and/or plastic, Primers are applied to all needed areas, then the finish coat(s) are applied.
Once this is all done you can sit back and relax knowing we have you covered with our 5 year Paint Warranty.

Byron began Prestige Painters in 2020 with a key objective; to provide a professional, exceptional and quality service. The team at Prestige Painters pride ourselves on being respectful, knowledgeable and conscientious so that all clients experience our services in a professional manner. We provide an exceptional service that is aimed at meeting every client’s needs and expectations as outlined by quotes and communications from Byron and the team. Our team are well trained through BCITO and have a range of experiences and expertise that allows us to provide the highest quality workmanship possible. With over 10 years of experience in the painting industry, Byron established Prestige Painters to provide the greater Wellington region with a painting.
